Challenge
Field documentation relied on manually captured photos scattered across individual devices. Records lacked consistent location data, structured beneficiary information, reliable proof of authenticity, and a centralized archive. Poor network coverage also made it difficult for officers to complete documentation while working in the field.
Objective
The objective was to create a simple mobile workflow that allows officers to document nutrition distribution for toddlers and school children directly from the field. The application needed to capture geotagged photo evidence, record distribution metadata, verify file integrity, continue working without a network connection, and synchronize automatically when connectivity returned.
Results
SIGAP GIZI provides a traceable documentation flow from field capture to centralized storage. Each record includes photo evidence, beneficiary category, location, timestamp, package count, GPS accuracy, integrity verification, synchronization status, and archive confirmation. The offline-first workflow allows officers to continue working in limited-connectivity areas while maintaining an organized and audit-ready record of every distribution.
