Fintech Super App — Mobile
Maestro Pay is an integrated fintech and community super app designed for residents, tenants, property owners, and cluster management. The platform brings essential services - including IPL payments, electricity bills, QRIS transactions, mobile data top-ups, community discussions, resident voting, issue reporting, and vehicle or commercial property rentals - into one secure mobile experience. The product uses a premium Light Liquid Glass design language, supported by deep navy and dark crimson accents to communicate security, strength, and trust.

Challenge
Residents often depend on multiple disconnected platforms to pay household bills, communicate with property management, participate in community decisions, report neighborhood issues, and access rental services. The main challenge was to combine these complex services into one intuitive mobile ecosystem without overwhelming users. The experience also needed to maintain clear financial information, transparent fees, accessible navigation, and strong security across every transaction.
Objective
The objective was to design a secure and user-friendly super app that allows residents to manage payments and community activities from one place. The experience was structured around five primary navigation points: Home, Bills, QRIS, Community, and Account. QRIS was positioned as the central action inside a curved Liquid Glass navigation dock, making scan-and-pay functionality fast and easily accessible. A reusable design system was also created to maintain visual and functional consistency across payment, community, reporting, account security, and rental workflows.
Results
The project produced a complete high-fidelity mobile experience covering the platform’s primary user journeys. Key outcomes include a centralized resident dashboard, IPL billing and payment flow, QRIS scanner, secure payment confirmation, official digital receipts, community discussions, resident voting, neighborhood issue reporting, account security controls, and vehicle rental services. The final system delivers a consistent and scalable UI foundation for Maestro Pay while keeping financial transactions transparent, community features accessible, and complex services easy to navigate.
